Our Story
Our Origin
Where Barracks Row Finds Its Breath
District Flow Yoga began with Lena Manning, an Annapolis businesswoman who watched yoga transform the stress-filled lives of friends and family. The steady breathing, the kinder self-talk, the unexpected community—she saw it all and knew D.C. could use more of it.
From day one Lena’s mantra was simple: keep yoga down-to-earth, keep it in the community, and welcome every body that walks through the door. Today the woman-owned studio offers classes that balance sweat with stillness—and friendships that linger long after savasana.

Core Values
Community First
We greet you by name and celebrate progress together—no competition, only connection.
Radical Inclusivity
All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels belong on our mats, exactly as they are.
Presence Over Perfection
Breath, curiosity, and mindful movement matter more than nailing the pose.
