A Bit About Me

Stephanie has been teaching yoga since 2016 and seeks to teach an all-levels flow where students leave feeling empowered and grounded. She first came to yoga as a way to recover from and prevent injuries from running, cycling, and strength training, and quickly fell in love with the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice. When she's not teaching or practicing, you can find Stephanie working in the climate action movement, perusing the great farmers' markets around DC, playing with her labradoodle Roe, or showing off her overflowing bookshelf.
