A Bit About Me

Adrianne has always loved fitness. She first started practicing yoga in her small apartment after undergraduate and loved how it made her feel! She continued to practice yoga during her Masters of Science in Exercise Science program at George Washington University and during grad school became a Certified Personal Trainer working with private clients and companies, such as Sallie Mae, to support their wellness programs. 

Her personal yoga practice helped her stay grounded and after several years loving practicing yoga, Adrianne decided to finally study yoga and became a 200-hr certified yoga teacher in 2015. Which led to her new life as a full time yoga professional teaching yoga classes, managing yoga studios and facilitating Yoga Teacher Training programs for private clients and for CorePower Yoga.

In 2020 she became a member of their Yoga Team, supporting yoga quality and trainings for the East Coast region. Also in 2020, Adrianne began teaching virtually, as well as, leading virtual Yoga Teacher Training programs for students across the world! 

As a 200-hr E-RYT yoga teacher, Adrianne has taught well over 1,000 yoga classes and led countless training programs over the years.  Adrianne loves teaching Power Vinyasa, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt and truly enjoys sharing the power of breathwork! She continues her yoga studies through workshops, such as, Pranayama (breath) workshops, Meditation workshops, and Integrative Yoga (Kriya) workshops. 

As a yoga practitioner she is forever studying and sharing yoga!  Adrianne is committed to inspiring curiosity to explore your authentic self through the practice of yoga and is excited to be a part of your yoga journey.
