Alanna is a DC-based RYT-200 yoga teacher with a background in athletics and movement-based practices. Her teaching blends alignment-focused vinyasa and power yoga, emphasizing intentional sequencing, clear cueing, and sustainable movement. She balances strength and softness in her classes, encouraging students to move with stability, awareness, and curiosity. Alanna creates grounded, thoughtfully paced practices where students can build strength, find ease, and move with intention.
