A Bit About Me
A yoga practitioner since 2013, Hannah (she/her) approaches movement as a way to return to the body’s natural intelligence. Her teaching blends somatic awareness and the science of integrative medicine to create an experience that is both grounding and expansive, inviting students to reconnect with their inner landscape.
Rooted in Vedic and Shamanic traditions, Hannah completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala, exploring Mayan and Vedic philosophies. She holds a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences, bridging yoga asana with physiology, anatomy, and whole-person wellness.
Hannah invites students to explore the practice as an act of attunement rather than achievement. In her active classes, she focuses on safe alignment and breath exploration. In Yin, students take a deep, meditative journey into stillness and subtle awareness, supporting nervous system balance and emotional release.
When she’s not on the mat, Hannah can be found exploring the woods, paddling the river, or hosting her integrative medicine podcast, "Root Shock", which explores the intersections of culture, health, and consciousness.
