A Bit About Me
As a practitioner of yoga since 2010, Amanda has recognized the potential of yoga to create more harmony within our bodies and minds and to unify all beings. She is dedicated to helping others realize the benefits of yoga, exploring yoga postures safely, and living more intentional, purposeful, and connected lives. Class will take you through a series of yoga postures to build heat incorporating power poses, opportunities to build strength and flexibility, meditation, and breath work with offerings for all levels.
Amanda is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
